I came in for a little tattoo and it was my first time, the salon is beautiful and very clean! Delaney was amazing she made me feel so comfortable and cared about where the placement of the tattoo would be, she was so patient, kind, and sweet. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been seeing Rieley for almost two years now, and I’m so grateful I found her. She’s been a true partner in my skincare journey. I’ve struggled with acne and melasma, and she takes the time to educate you on treating acne from the inside out—not just masking the symptoms. Rieley is never pushy, but always incredibly informative and supportive as questions come up. With her guidance, I’ve made meaningful changes—adding supplements, switching pillowcases more frequently, using individual face towels, committing to a medical-grade skincare routine, and staying consistent with facials. Was recommended to the James Street Med Spa from a friend who’s been going there for years. Got my first facial, lol and feel like I’m 15 years younger. This was my first ever treatment of this type and Jamie was absolutely amazing! What an Incredibly quaint location set up in the heart of Lancaster city. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Booked a follow up laser treatment for myself later in the month. Would highly recommend this team to anyone considering med spa services in the Lancaster market!

Absolutely amazing experience at James Street MedSpa. The atmosphere was calming from the moment I walked in, and Grace was wonderful. So professional and relaxing that I actually fell asleep and even caught myself drooling. Best compliment I can give. Thank you, Grace, for such an incredible experience. Highly recommend.

If you go to James Street MedSpa— 2 names to remember: Delaney Baringer & Rieley Bruso! Cannot recommend Delaney enough for all your tiny tattoos. She has done 5 different meaningful tattoos for me— so it’s safe to say— I’m obsessed with her work which is beautiful and so detailed oriented. Rieley has done both of my facials and each experience was top-notch. Not only did my skin feel great following, but you can tell that Rieley is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I learned so much about my skin and taking care of it in such a short amount of time. Book the facial!!!

I had the best experience with IV therapy and Botox with Maddy! She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. My results are amazing, and I left feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of. The entire staff was just as wonderful — so friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. I had such a great experience today getting a laser treatment for my rosacea. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish.
